Application
Ralston’s attractive MCM Series computer enclosures are suitable for both office and factory environments. The rigid construction offers suitable protection against theft of computer systems, as well as dust, dirt and oil protection.
Ralston MCM is designed around an advanced frame system with an abundance of features, options and accessories, making the MCM favorable for quick installations.
Construction
The world-renowned frame, of the MCM is a seam welded reversed open profile with 25mm hole pattern according to DIN 43660 in addition to an integrated external hole- pattern.
The 2mm steel doors are easily removed by pulling the removable hinge pins from the hidden hinges. Doors are sealed with an extruded one-piece polyurethane gasket. The lower front door and full height rear door are secured closed with a 4 point locking system. The standard DIN type 3mm pin lock on these doors can be replaced with optional locking inserts or a variety of swing handles. The top, monitor door comes complete with two key-lockable 1/4 turn catches and have a safety glass viewing area for 14" and 21" monitors. The fold down keyboard door is secured closed with a key-lockable 1/4 turn catch, and comes complete with a sliding mouse pad allowing left or right had use.
The MCM comes complete with a monitor shelf and monitor stability hardware.
Finish
The MCM is phosphatized and finished inside and out with RAL 7035 light grey polyester powder coating with a textured finish. Keyboard side panels and top of monitor door are finished with RAL7015 dark grey.
Standards
The MCM is built to the requirements of IP44, NEMA Type 12 for industrial use, Type 13 for an oil and dust tight enclosure.
The MCM is CE, CSA and UL approved.
