Water and Dust Tight Terminal Enclosure

Application:

Ralston’s STB series enclosures are designed to provide protection indoors and outdoors, against dust, dirt, oil, and water for items such as: electronic and electrical controls, and pneumatic components.

Construction:

All STB enclosures are made from 1.2mm mild steel. All seams are continuously welded and ground to a smooth finish. The STB comes complete with body and cover grounding studs, as well as four M6x13 studs for mounting optional galvanized interior mounting plates and DIN rail. The removable cover is held secure with four through door screws. The cover is sealed with an injected one-piece polyurethane gasket.

Paint Finish:

The STB is finished inside and out with RAL7035 light grey powder coating. The optional interior mounting plate is galvanized.

Standards:

The STB is built to the requirements of IP66, NEMA Type 12 for industrial use, 13 for oil and dust tight and 4, for water tight.

The STB is CE, UL and cUL (for Canada).
